Q: Why doesn't my item look exactly like the picture?
A: All Wigglebutts products are handmade making each item a one of a kind! The pattern on the product is the same but the way it lays will always be unique!
Q: How do I care for my Bandana's?
A: Machine was cold on delicate and airdry. You can also hand wash in cold water. Iron as needed!
Q: How do I know what size to order for my Wigglebutt?
A: Always Measure your dogs neck and refer to the size chart before placing your order. If you are ever feeling unsure about sizing send us an e-mail or DM!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We make every item to order for your Wigglebutt, so we do not accept returns. Please double check you've measured your pets neck and refer to our sizing chart before you order.
If by some off chance a product arrives damaged we do accept exchanges. Exchanges must be within the first 48 hours after your package arrives. Products cannot be worn or damaged upon exchange.
However, custom Wigglebutts products can not be exchanged.

A: YES! It is a big mission of mine to leave the world a better place than I came into it! All fabrics are washed with @blueland detergent, I donate my scrap fabric, I keep my packaging materials at a minimum and I use as many recycled and recyclable products as possible!ย
